We want you to love all your purchases from Rattle and Roll, but in the event you decide to return an item, we'll gladly accept the exchange of products within 14 days of the order delivery date, provided they are in new, unused condition with original packaging and free of any fragrance, pet hair, etc. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on personal care items such as lotions, menstrual products & similar items. *Personal care products are final sale.* Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will be accepted for return.

Returned items will have the option of exchange, store credit or refund to original payment method. *Baby carriers can be returned for store credit only.*

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you ship with a tracking number, as Rattle and Roll is not responsible for returned items not received. 

In most cases, any defective merchandise warranty claims will be handled directly through the manufacturer. Please contact us for specific details.

In order to submit a return, you must log into your account & click on the order # that includes the item(s) for return. Click the "Add new RMA" button, choose the item(s) and select the reason for return. After initiating the RMA, you will receive and email confirmation of the RMA and additional instructions.
